Cancellation terms

At the time of booking you will be required to pay 30% of the total cost of the stay by bank transfer or Paypal.

1. If the booking is cancelled within two weeks (14 days) before the check-in date, a full refund of the 30% deposit paid by bank transfer will be issued.
2. If the booking is cancelled less than two weeks (14 days) from the check-in date, the 30% payment will not be refunded.
3. Failure to check-in (No-show) on the arrival date will result in full payment of the entire reservation. The booking will also be deemed void unless notified.
4. Early departures must pay the entire amount due according to the original reservation.
